Terms & Conditions

  1. Pre-payments are non-refundable: Pre-payments of 4 or more lessons, which come at a discounted rate, are non-refundable. This means that if you decide not to finish any amount of lessons that you have paid for, there will be no refund.

  2. Late Payment Fee: For lesson-by-lesson basis payments, if a payment is not received within 12 hours of the lesson start time, a late fee of $10 will apply. If payments can be made right after lessons or even prior to each lesson, that would be super appreciated!

  3. Lesson No-Show/Cancellation/ Reschedule Fee: If you do not provide reasonable notice of absence, cancellation, or rescheduling for a lesson, the full lesson fee will still be charged. Reasonable notice means no later than 24 hours prior to the lesson start time (MT; Mountain Time). Note that this applies to both lesson-by-lesson payments and any pre-paid lessons that have already been scheduled.

  • “I started learning Mandarin with Elizabeth a couple months ago and I must say I am very pleased with the way things are going. I didn’t know any Chinese and had no idea where to even begin. We discussed what my main purpose for learning this language was and Elizabeth came up with a course starting with the pinyin alphabet, pronunciation, survival phrases, sentence structure, etc. As you progress with each class she will write notes, give examples and explanations, and all of these will be uploaded to a folder which you will have access to for review. Overall I would recommend this to someone who is starting out to learn a new language. 5/5 stars!”
